Natasha White is a certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Chef and the CEO of Lifestyle Motives. She received her A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 2006 and went on to obtain her B.S. in Food and Nutrition Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University. Natasha received her Health Coach certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. The basis of her practice is bio-individuality, the belief that no two people can use the exact same method to reach their optimal health. In order to promote health, wellness and autonomy with her clients, she also offers services such as kitchen clean-ups, one-on-one grocery shopping trips, counseling sessions to work through food and life concerns, self-care and cooking lessons. Her practice is based on exploring the past to effectively coach in the present toward a healthier and happier future.

Terri is a Professional Nurse who has over ten years of Healthcare experience which has spanned both Military and Civilian Medical centers. Her career began as a Combat Medic in the US Army where she served for ten (10) Years as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Terri has worked in varying facets to include: Cardiac Medicine, Critical Care, Women’s Health, Labor & Delivery, Community Health and Emergency Medicine.
Terri is passionate on Equitable healthcare for minorities with a focus on the disparities faced by women in healthcare.
Jordan Jackson, Office Assistant
Jordan is a native of Somerset, New Jersey, is a spirited young man currently attending Montclair State University, majoring in Dance & Education. He is a certified Dance & Fitness Instructor & is the founder of Jackson Dance Complex, an online dance & fitness training service catered towards people of all communities. In addition to being a part of the KinFolk Family Health team, he is also an Office Assistant in the Center of Pedagogy at Montclair State University, assisting students & faculty in everyday administrative tasks. Jordan strives to excel past what is exceptional and has a true passion for assisting and helping others in any fashion possible.
