The Mission of KinFolk Family Health

KinFolk Family Health strives to eliminate health disparity and inequality in communities of color by creating a safe-space and access to culturally centered comprehensive primary care.

KinFolk care eliminates cumbersome navigation of the healthcare system, hidden cost and overall feeling of being invisible. KinFolk offers transparent pricing for clients and provides a Nurse Practitioner the opportunity to deliver value and not volume-based care.

The KinFolk Way is modeled after the “old school” community house calls with direct access to your nurse practitioner. KinFolk rebuilds this lost art into a modern-day nurse practitioner lead social health care model, called the KinFolk Way.

Communities of color have been underrepresented and excluded from the direct primary care movement. The KinFolk Way strives to represent communities of color in direct primary care and offers the opportunity to have unlimited access to a nurse practitioner via a secure patient portal, messaging or video conference.

The modernized social health model strives to increase preventative health access, address social determinants of health and decrease the sequelae of chronic disease in communities of color.
